Who am I ?
I am an independent management consultant with 15+ years of delivery experience in large scale Financial Service institutions and in Public Sector organisations.
MBA qualified and with a proven track record of project delivery on a wealth of diverse engagements, I have developed solid experience in problem solving and troubleshooting for senior executives.

My prime areas of interest are in Programme Management, business change and operational effectiveness. My experience ranges from programme management in Uk Parliament, retail banks and insurance companies through to organisational design with the United Nations.
I have extensive experience in stakeholder and communications management and large scale workshop facilitation working with Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Universities and central government departments such as HMRC.
